Many companies that Kelly Services assigns you to will end your assignment without notice if you don't meet their productivity standards. However, no one tells you what these productivity standards are beforehand. Normal companies will allow you several weeks to get up to speed and tell you what's expected of you. Not them... my last assignment lasted less than a week. They never told me that there was an issue until I got the phone call saying not to report to work the next day. This kind of treatment is not fair to their employees. If you like working at sweat shops and ruining your work history sign up with Kelly Services. Otherwise, stay away!!!

Our company used Kelly Services for some vacating employees. I can't say I was really happy with the people they sent. It's ok if all they do is answer the phone, but they are really outdated when it comes to knowing what today's business is all about. I didn't find their price all that competitive either.
